Esther Ha foundation was established in a memory of Esther Ha. We are a foundation formed to raise awareness of depression and prevention of suicide for Korean society in the U.S.
We support Korean immigrant families in many ways so as to build up a culture of respect and working together with experts in various areas. Through a network of mental health experts, we will broadcast a campaign on air for the public concerning mental health issues. Also, by operating council programs regularly, we help people recognize their ongoing mental health issues in order to get the proper care. We also offer a scholarship program as another way to encourage next generation Korean society to become aware in of mental health issues.
We also offer Teenager Healing Camp that provides help for young people to develop a positive outlook for their futures. Focusing deeply on preventing suicidal thoughts and tendencies.
